Chili Contest Form

We are hosting a chili contest
If you like to enter the contest, please fill out the form below and check for errors before Submitting
Please bring a small slow cooker or crockpot of your favorite homemade chili

We will be hosting the contest at LaCage Niteclub during our
club event on February 12th, 2023, 3pm to 7pm

We will be supplying small paper bowls and utensils for the judges (patrons) to be tasting everyone's homemade chili

You must be 21 years old or older to enter the contest

I also understand that the Judges of this contest will be patrons at this event and will vote for their favorite homemade chili. I understand the contestant with the most votes will be the winner.
