You are responsible for your actions and behaviors, not anyone else. The Owner of the Farm and the Castaways MC reserve the right to ask anyone to leave for inappropriate behavior.



IMPORTANT TIPS


RV's, tents & pop-up campers are allowed in the Castaways' reserved campsites around the Barn. (Please try to respect other's space). If you require an electrical hook-up, additional fees required. See run registration form and Square

No refunds will be issued after July 1, 2022. Checks will not be accepted after July 1, 2022


Everyone on the premises must be registered, wristbanded, and accounted for to attend the event


Upon checking in, you will be required to show proof of identification (Passport, Driver's License, State/Military ID) as well as sign a waver


The Bare Run Weekend package

includes: camping fee, food, soda, beer, play space, and Satuday night show. Weekend package is from Friday 8am to Sunday 12pm


The single-layer day pass inclues all activities and access on your chosen day, Friday or Saturday, from 8am to 11:59pm


Be respectful of everyone's rights and actions. Only participate in activities if you are invited or have asked to do so



Filling/submitting the form is a seperate process from clicking the Square online store Link. When you click to submit the form, it only submits the form to us. You will then need to scroll to the top of the page again, and select the package that you want to pay through the Square online store link.

One form and one payment you will need to be filled out and made for each person attending. If you are paying for other people, you will need to fill out another form below for each of them with their information, and make payments for their packages separately or email us who's package registrations are being paid in the one transaction from the Square online store. We need to compare your registrations with your payment
